Product Messaging & Positioning
Features are easy. Value is harder. I take what your product does and turn it into something people can actually feel and understand. The kind of messaging that holds together across a homepage, a sales deck, and everything in between.
Tone of Voice
A lot of brands sound different on every page. Or worse, like everyone else. I help you find a voice that’s consistent, recognisable, and actually worth listening to. Not a set of rules for the sake of it — something that makes your decisions easier and your writing better.
AI ToV Fixing
AI will get you to “fine”. It won’t get you to you. I take machine-generated drafts and do the part AI can’t — judgement, nuance, restraint...humanity! The difference between something that reads correctly and something that sounds authentically sane.
UX / UI Content
Good product writing is mostly invisible. That’s the point. I write microcopy that helps people move without thinking too hard — fewer hesitations, fewer dead ends, fewer moments where they stop and wonder what to do next.
Advertising Copy
There’s a lot of noise. Most of it sounds the same. I write campaigns that cut through by being clear, sharp and just interesting enough to hold attention.
Blogs, Newsletters & Thought Leadership
A lot of “thought leadership” is just well-formatted filler. I write long-form content people actually read — structured, considered, and with a point of view. Enough depth to be useful, without drifting into self-importance.
Email Marketing & CRM Copy
Most emails are ignored for a reason. I write emails that get opened, read, and acted on — because they sound like they were written by someone who understands what matters, not a system trying its luck.
Social Media Copy
Attention is cheap. Keeping it isn’t. I write social content that earns its place — quick to engage, but not disposable. Clear thinking, sharp hooks, and enough substance that it doesn’t vanish the second you scroll past.
Presentations & Case Studies
Good work often gets buried under bad storytelling. I turn results, data and process into something people can follow and trust. Clear narrative, no inflated claims — just a solid account of what happened and why it matters.
Video & Podcast Scripts
Writing for the eye and writing for the ear aren’t the same thing. I write scripts that sound natural when spoken — with rhythm, pace, and enough shape to keep people listening past the first few seconds.
SEO Content Optimisation
Most SEO content is written for algorithms first, people second. It shows. I make sure your content gets found without feeling engineered — structure, clarity, and search intent working quietly in the background, not running the show.
